About this test
Design a normal-weight concrete mix by the ACI 211.1 method. Enter the strength, slump and your aggregate properties; get the batch weights per cubic metre and per bag of cement, corrected for site moisture.
How it's calculated
- f′cr = f′c + 8.3 MPa (21–35 MPa, no test record)
- Water and air from slump and maximum aggregate size (ACI tables)
- w/c from f′cr; cement = water ÷ w/c
- Crush volume from max size and sand FM; sand by absolute volume
Results are calculated from the values you enter using standard formulas. Download the PDF to keep a record. For certified testing, design or construction, talk to our engineers.
